Our Kids Connection Has cranked up with brand new material that will challenge our kids with foundational truths. The kids love it, with all the interaction. 2010 looks great and we look forward to an excellent year touching the lives of our kids

Back to School Splash

We are planning a water day, fun day for August 3rd. We'll have water games, hot dogs, and lots of fun divided up by age groups. Will be posting more info later. Bring a towel, change of clothes, and sunscreen.

Summer News

Lots has happened since the last post in March! I've got some pictures from our Promotion Sundae where we celebrated those promoting up to another class in our Kidz Konnection by making a GIANT ice cream sundae. There was plenty left over for parents and friends to join in after church service.

This quarter the CrossTrainers are learning about "aliens" and how to live a life that is "out of this world". We are aliens in this world. We don't belong here, we have a heavenly home waiting for us. Paul teaches us, "I urge you, as aliens in this world, to stay away from sinful things." I Peter 2:11 God wants us to live lives that are set apart for Him!

Join us on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. to learn how you can live a life so set apart for God that the people in this world see Jesus through the life we live!

Easter Breakthrough

Easter was a fantastic day at Kidz Konnection, but I forgot my camera! We'll make sure to have pictures of our next events for you to see. Thank you to all who worked so hard to make this a special day for our Kidz and thank you visitors for coming to see what God is doing at Christian Life.

Easter is Coming!

We are looking forward to Easter Sunday. We usually have lots of fun and games planned for the CrossTrainers, but this year they will be in the service with their families. Lil' Blessings (Nursery) and Sonshiners (preschool) will meet in the Kidz building for Easter service. The little ones will be blessed with ministry from dedicated workers and some special surprises, games and fun.

Please join us Easter Sunday for a powerful day of ministry and building relationships with others in our community.

Transition

Transition! What a word and a work. Our Kidz Konnection will be going through a transition time soon as our faithful, dedicated Director of eight years is taking some well deserved time off from her position. We have other faithful workers on our team that are ready and able to fill in until we see what God has in store for us next. He always has a purpose, plan, and timing for everything He does. "The steps of a righteous man (woman) are ordered of God", and we know God has something special for Kim during this time, and for our CrossTrainers.

Thanks Kim, for eight faithful and great years of service!
